How do I track my order?

When we ship your order, you will receive an additional email with your tracking information from either Stamps.com or FedEx (depending on which shipping option you selected), if a tracking number is available. We will send it to the email used to complete the order. Please check spam as it might get caught there! If you can’t find the tracking number, please contact us.

Where are my items shipping from?

MTGProshop is a Legion Supplies brand. We are located in Burnsville, MN, just south of the Twin Cities. Most USPS shipments take 2-3 days (after date of shipping) to reach their destination within the continental USA.

How do I access my account?

When you check out you can choose to log in to your existing account, create a new account, or check out as a guest. If you choose to check out as guest, no account is created on MTGProshop.com. You will not be able to see order status or check history. If you decide later to create an account, we can not add your history to your new account. If you did create an account, but forgot your password, click “Lost my password” from our log in and registration page.

Where does MTGProshop ship to?

Anything in the category “MTGProshop” are products we make as part of our contract with Hasbro, and are restricted to North America as a result. If a product does not have that tag, it can be shipped worldwide. If you have a product with shipping restrictions in your cart, it will apply that restriction to the entire order until you remove that product from your cart.

Returns And Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns for refunds and exchange within 60 days of purchase. The web store shows only products that are in stock. If the product is not available in the size you desire, you can either choose to switch to a new product of equal value, or request a refund. You will need to pay your own shipping to send an item back for a return or exchange, but we will pay to ship an exchanged item back to you.

Can I get a refund?

If you would like to return your product for a refund, please ship it to us along with your original purchase invoice number and the instructions to “refund”. If possible, print out your order and write “Refund” on that sheet, then include it in the return shipment. Use the Attn line to call out “Return” to help us put it in the right place!

Can I exchange an item?

If you would like to exchange your product, please ship it to us along with your original purchase invoice number and exchange instructions. If possible, print out your order and write “Exchange” along with instructions for new sizing on that sheet, then include it in the return shipment. Once we receive your return item, we will process the exchange. We will pay for shipping costs to send exchanges back to you from within the USA. Exchanges outside the USA may incur additional shipping costs. We will contact you if that is necessary.

How Do I Find My Correct Shirt Size?

Each of our apparel products have sizing charts on the product page. We source our apparel from a variety of manufacturers and brands, so there is not a consistent sizing chart across all items. Make sure you check each item for the sizing on that particular item, as your sizing may change depending on the brand and fit of that item.

Do You Sell Magic: The Gathering Cards?

We do not sell singles or packs of Magic: The Gathering. Our Gift cards can not be used to buy Arena or Magic: Online products.

Are you affiliated with Wizards of the Coast?

We are a licensed producer of Magic: The Gathering apparel, but are not otherwise associated with Wizards of the Coast.
